Kuy R. Houser, MD - St. Joseph Health Primary Care William D. Fitch

Description

Dr. Kuy Houser grew up in Pilot Point, Texas, a small town north of Dallas-Fort Worth, where he played multiple sports. After receiving a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University, he attended the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Dr. Houser returned to Aggieland, where he was chief resident in the Texas A&M Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Houser enjoys being able to see patients as young as newborns, to children, teens and adults. His passion lies in helping his patients set and achieve goals whether getting back on the field or to work or controlling conditions that could cause complications in the future, like high blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol. He is most fulfilled when helping his patients get and stay healthy. Dr. Houser met his wife, an optometrist, in college. They have three young children. When not seeing patients, you can find the Houser family at Aggie football and basketball games. Dr. Houser also enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing. The Houser's attend Central Baptist Church.
